Wearing a compression band for wide set breast?

Thank you for your question.  Although there are some surgical maneuvers that can be performed in order to reduce the distance between a woman's breasts, the width of the breast bone will ultimately determine how close they can be - not a band, nor surgical bra.  Once healed a supportive bra will help move the implants closer together and will achieve upper pole fullness.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. The compression band is most commonly used to apply gentle, continuous pressure to the upper pole of breast implants to help them settle sooner. This is a very interesting question. The compression band is used to put downward pressure on your implants. The band will not make your breasts go closer together. The surgical bra may squeeze your breasts together but I don't think the surgical bra or compression band will do much in your case because you have textured implants which theoretically don't move due to the texturing. You can make the implant pockets narrower than the natural breasts however you run the risk of having the nipples/areolae in the wrong position relative to your implants/breast mound. It is always recommended to observe the natural intermammary distance (space between your breasts) when performing BA because of the numerous, difficult problems that can arise if this area is violated.
