Last week I had BA done and my doctor advised me to wear a surgical bra and a compression band above it in order to help move my implants closer together. During consultation I specifically mentioned I wanted to achieve a nice cleavage and upper pole fullness. My chest is a bit convex shaped, my breast were a little too far apart, so were my nipples. Is it a good idea to wear a compression belt for a better cleavage in this case? I was 34A went to 34c, round HP, textured, 300cc
