Can you get creasing after lipo360/BBL if you don't wear foams or ab boards?

I understand your concern. It is best that you consult your plastic surgeon regarding post operative care and management (i.e including massage techniques and timing) specific to your case. Your surgeon knows your condition well and has preferences on when and what to use for faster healing and recovery. Post operative care and management depends on the type of surgery performed and the technique used during surgery among other factors.It is best, however, that you follow your plastic surgeon's advice on post operative care management for a smooth and faster healing and recovery.

Application of foam and plastic board helps to disperse garment pressure more evenly and to avoid creation of creases on abdomen and back. We recommend them for 2-3 weeks after surgery. There is no doubt that thiss helps overall recovery after liposuction and/or BBL. Good luck.

That depends on what your plastic surgeon recommended, because only he knows the surgical technique applied and the type of equipment used to perform the surgery. If he or she have specifically told you that using foam boards or a faja is necessary, then it is important to follow their instructions in order to have successful results. Thank you for your question. Lipo, 360 and a Brazilian butt lift are a significant investment for our patients. In my opinion, it is very important for you to wear a foam and a board after the procedure as well as use a BBL pillow as much as possible for a good 3 month period. Without the board and the foam, the chance of creases in your skin, and irregularities goes up tremendously. More importantly, once those areas happen, it is very hard to fix. Many of our patients go back to work relatively quickly and their creasing is at a minimum as long as they wear their foam, board and garment throughout the first three month.
The patient in the video below shows you how smooth things can come in with appropriate wearing of garments and massaging. It really helps to get the best optimal results out of your surgery.
I think this is very critical. In addition, lymphatic massages, help to release any areas of pressure points or irregularities as well. I would speak to a board-certified plastic surgeon as to what he recommends in terms of foam, garments and board as well as locations for lymphatic massages.

I do not always use foam or boards and my patients do not form creases. The use of foam helps shape patients and gives more pressure to push the fluid out. I use faja's for 2 weeks post liposuction and 4 weeks post BBL's. If you have excess skin, you certainly are at risk for forming creases. The foam and boards may hold the skin flatter in some patients reducing crease formation.
If you must sit at work, then consider using a BBL pillow or standing as much as possible.

The final outcome of Liposuction, or fat transfer procedures are determined When the surgeon puts down the equipment for the last time the operation is finished. ^, including compression, garments, foam boards, and massage no impact on final outcome. No one has ever shown that these were galleries can change fund distribution, which is completely determined by how the procedure is done.
The use of compression garments, including the time frame to wear them, varies greatly from provider to provider. there is no scientific evidence, showing that compression garments have any impact whatsoever on the final results.
In our clinic we had patients to wear compression garments for two weeks and do use some foam pads. I’ve seen other clinics asking patients to wear compression garments for many months.
None of these things matter, in comparison to the two single variables that determine the cosmetic surgery outcome which are your candidacy for the procedure, combined with the skills and experience of the provider.
These are my thoughts and my opinions, and I’m sure there are other providers who may feel differently.
