Okay so I received botox for my gummy smile (about 5-6 units) about 5 days ago, also a few units for a lip flip. My smile is fine. My Dr. advised me that I wouldn't be able to drink out of a straw. Well, I find it hard to even eat correctly, or with my mouth closed. I feel like I lost ALL control of my upper lip and the tension is causing my TMJ to act up... is this something I will get used too? I know botox takes time, but at the moment its not comfortable.
