I would like to reverse my rhinoplasty and restore some of my original character without further reduction - more reconstruction

Is it possible to restore some of my original features? is it possible to achieve this by loosening sutures and reversing the rotation of the tip and resetting nasal bones. Is it at all possible to put the cartilage grafts back like a jigsaw? I don’t want any reductions. Is it possible to gain fatty tissue where it has been defatted? I’m hoping to get a copy of my surgery notes. It’s been 4 years and I’ve been struggling with loss of identity and I feel such regret.
