Constant congestion 1 year post op rhinoplasty. Will a revision be needed to fix this?

I am over a year post op. I am still constantly congested. Sometimes it clears up for a few seconds, and then I get congested again. I am now a mouth breather because of this. Will a revision be needed to fix this? If so, what exactly would need to be done?
