I am over a year post op. I am still constantly congested. Sometimes it clears up for a few seconds, and then I get congested again. I am now a mouth breather because of this. Will a revision be needed to fix this? If so, what exactly would need to be done?

I don't see an issue with your left lateral crus, to me it looks like the issue is with the right lateral crus (in the photo its on the left side of your face, but it's actually the right side of your face).
