Revision rhinoplasty - what is your point of view of my appearance? (Photo)

This year I am planning on getting a revision rhinoplasty due to having a wrong experience years ago with an ENT. Really need input as to what is a doctor’s point of view in regards to the appearance of my nose a lot of my family members say it looks ok…. I know they are just trying to be nice but not honest. I feel so out of place and have not been myself since this experience. Hopefully these pictures are better than the others I put recently. Thanks appreciate it!

My practice is mostly revision rhinoplasty, so I might see a bit more than a family member. Here's what I would change for you:
1.) Narrow your midvault2.) Restore your soft tissue triangles for nostril symmetry, particularly on left3.) Alar base reductions with sill excisions for flared nostrils4.) Reduce supratip fullness (almost a pollybeak deformity here), lower your supratip break and give you a narrow, defined tip (AP width)5.) Slightly tuck in your infra tip to show off your angle of rotation
This is close, and a decent outcome for a generalist, a poor outcome for a specialist. For an A+ result I recommend a revision rhinoplasty expert. Hope this is helpful!

Other than the fact that your tip is clearly pinched (meaning your surgeon aggressively tried to narrow your tip and went a little too far), I don't see any major faults with your nose. This pinching may affect your ability to breathe through your nose in the future and/or you may not like how it looks -- those would be the only reasons I would consider a revision for you. However, you have to understand that having a revision rhinoplasty is not easy, both surgically and recovery wise, so you need to be prepared and understand all the risks involved and be 100000% willling to undergo it if you choose to proceed.
