Hi, I had a recent revision with rib cartilage and septal grafts, and a whole load of grafts. I knew my nose would feel stiff but I didn’t realize how much it would affect me, and I also hate how much my nose changed & changed my face. The grafts changed my smile and there’s constant pressure, and you can also see the grafts in my tip. I am wondering if it’s possible to get a revision to de project and shorten my nose again by removing grafts and to hopefully make it less stiff? TYIA!

Your nose should be fine for revision surgery. Most of my practice is revision rhinoplasty and I've never had an issue with blood supply. The nose, per capita, is one of the most vascular parts of the body.
Wouldn't worry about blood supply. Sorry you had a suboptimal outcome, hope this is helpful!
