Injecting anything into the nose can be dangerous, especially if a needle is used for injection (compared with a blunt tip cannula). There are some people that are very comfortable injecting fat grafting and/or filler into the nose. I would have a very honest conversation with your surgeon about what your expectations are and if they are achievable; also if they will do whatever is needed to fix the deformity in the photo. If this is not possible, I sometimes recommend finding another American Board of Plastic Surgery Certified Plastic Surgeon. I would recommend finding one with experience in rhinoplasty. Sometimes a second opinion on the situation can help smooth the perceived analysis of the outcome. Rhinoplasty is one of the most challenging surgeries that we do. This is a challenging thing to answer over the internet without a physical exam and in person discussion.

I can see the indentations involving your nasal tip, and I agree that temporary gel fillers can cause necrosis. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for smoothing out these indentations for an improved nasal appearance.
