Nose job over 20yrs ago. Was symmetrical and nice but cartilage showing through so I had a revision. Now is asymmetrical with deviated septum. Not sure what happened here and wondering if a 2nd revision is advised or if I'm being overly critical like I was in the first revision. My dr is no longer in practice. I'm terrified of making another mistake . I'm looking for confirmation that something is not right here and if a revision could help or if this is as good as it gets for me
