I had a second revision rhinoplasty to fix a collapsed nostril. The dr was able to make my nose even and more narrow from the front using rib cartilage but he changed my side profile and made it very long very tall and very pointy. I'm very depressed because I never asked him to change anything about my side profile. I'm waiting to get a revision but I want to know can I get a much smaller shorter nose with a round tip like I used to have? How will this be achieved with all the rib graft?

Hello. Thanks for your question. It could be from improper suturing and eversion of the skin. As well, grafting material may be needed to slightly push-out the columella to allow for a more smooth contour. There are options. Perhaps, seek more consultations to see what can be done.
