It is an ugly hump on the back of my neck. If so, how expensive is this procedure? I have read that it can be done just under local anesthesia and not very expensive. Thank you.

Answer: Buffalo hump lipo? This can absolutely be improved with liposuction. It can also be safely done with just local anesthesia and a mild sedative to make the procedure more affordable. I don’t like to quote patients prices without examining them first and assuring that the quoted procedure is the best to address their concern.
