After Tummy Tuck I cannot wear any leggins because of the big fat mound left. I need a good plastic surgeon. In Orlando,FL who can remove that fat for me, preferably a female surgeon. I like to workout, but because of this I cannot go to a gym I'm too embarased!

It can be suctioned or directly excised (if there is associated skin excess/laxity).My preference is liposuction for improved contouring.As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS)
