I need Liposuction of the pubis and camel toe fat! Options? (photo)

Lipo of the pubic mons is a common request especially after tummy tuck or abdominal lipo. This is a relatively quick and easy procedure which can be done awake, in the office under local anesthesia. You will wear a compression garment for 2 weeks as in most lipo cases. You can be back to work the next day unless your work is very strenuous.

Your concern is a common one following abdominoplasty. Many surgeons will reflexively address it at the time of initial skin resection. It can be suctioned or directly excised (if there is associated skin excess/laxity).My preference is liposuction for improved contouring.As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS)

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  You may benefit from mons liposuction or a mons lift.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

For best results improving this area, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. Hi.  This is a common area where liposuction can be used for contouring, as long as there isn't a lot of skin laxity.You might be interested in speaking with my associate, Dr Susie Rhee.

If the mons pubis is fatty, then liposuction of the area may be beneficial. Sometimes it is due to loose skin. You are best to be seen in person.

In my experience, this area does not respond well to liposuction alone and I get the best results with addressing it surgically.

This is actually quite common. Typically I will lipo that area at the time of the tummy tuck if warranted. This is quite straightforward to improve and can even be well done under local anesthesia if you prefer. Most board certified plastic surgeons should be able to predictably improve this for you.
