Upper reverse tummy tuck in combo with a lower mini tummy tuck. Any risks or negative aspects of this? (Photo)

Two surgeons so far have recommended a modified tummy tuck because I don't have enough skin for a full. The problem is the belly button. It has a sad smile to it and I want it back to how it was. I am worried about the upper scar and how visible it will be ( I will be also having breast lift with breast augmentation) . I am looking to stay in Ny, Nj or Ct? Anyone think this can work beautifully?
