August 11 I am having an extended tummy tuck with lipo and breasts lift. The dr. Is doing my tummy flanks, sides, and hips. I HATE my butt, will this procedure give me more definition to that area?

The liposuction and the excess skin removal surgery above the Buttocks can make it look more defined but the buttock won't change its size.

It's hard to comment without a photograph but often times the buttock look better defined when the areas around it are dealt with by liposuction or excisional surgery.

Hi JMadden94.   I suggest you discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon.  The procedures you describe will not change your buttocks.  However, the extended tummy tuck may make your buttocks more defined by removing the fullness above and around it. Good luck.

The buttock appear more defined as a result of the liposuction of the flanks and hips along with the extended abdominoplasty.  However, the buttock shape itself will not likely change.

Hello and thank you for your question. If a purely extended tt is done there will be no change other than an illusion of one if appropriate suctioning is performed.  If the incision goes all the way around then the buttocks can actually be flattened unless an auto augmentation is done.
