I had an abnominoplasty 6 days ago. I saw my surgeon today and he took all the dressings off. I was very disappointed today to see it with the dressings off. When I stood up there was a massive pouch. My surgeon said it's swelling which will settle but I can't help thinking it won't get better. He did say I may need a 'reverse procedure' to lift up the flabby skin which was very upsetting. All the other photos on here even of big ladies don't show this big a pouch.
