I had abdominoplasty with liposuction on 3/17/14. Surgery went well with "normal" swelling. I started working out after 4 weeks, but held off on abdominal exercise for several more weeks. I have recently been working out quite a bit (spinning 3x/week and running 5-7x/ week as well as doing the 30 day ab challenge and a 30 day shred video). I noticed this week instead of looking trimmer I look "bigger". I am wondering if this is swelling or if it is actual weight gain.
