Hello there! Im 18 yr and Im a victoriaa secret 32DD. Genetic a little and losing some pounds my breasts got mild sag to them. I want a breast lift (maybe reduction a bit aswell), Is it possible for my size to have a lift and tiny reduction? If reduction isnt possible how about just a Breast lift? Thank you!!

Answer: 32DD breast lift with no implant? Yes, a beast lift improves breast sagging and can be combined with a reduction if needed. The amount of tissue to be removed depends on your size goals. Removing excess weight from the breast can help a lift last longer and can help improve symmetry between two breasts that are often different sizes.

Answer: Breast lift Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. A breast lift can be designed to result in an improved shape and contour of your breasts while minimizing scar appearance. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
