Always wanted a rhinoplasty but afraid it will be difficult and ruin my face - would I benefit from the procedure? (Photos)

Question

My main concerns are with deprojection, slight rotation and tip refinement. I’ve wanted a rhinoplasty my whole life, my main concern is with the length of it, I would love a shorter nose that doesn’t stick out so far, has anyone addressed this issue with their rhinoplasty experience? I’ve considered getting chin filler but the nurse who does my lips says it wouldn’t suit me as I already have a sharp chin, albeit a slightly regressed one that makes my nose look longer. I just feel it would help my overall confidence.

Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
