Slightly crooked bulbous nose and a droopy tip - What type of rhinoplasty is most suitable for me? (Photos)

I have a slightly crooked bulbous nose and a droopy tip. My nostrils are a bit uneven and flare out more than I’d like. I want the bridge & tip to be smaller, however I wanted to know if it’d be possible to lift the nose tip while keeping the columella exactly where it’s at. My biggest concern is slimming my nose without elongating my philtrum. I also wanted to know if this would worsen the nostrils flaring. I see this a lot in celebrities with rhinoplasty’s where their nostrils become flared, (Kim k & megan fox) how can this be avoided? Overall would it be possible to do these 3 things with rhinoplasty: - raise only nose tip & keep columella down - Avoid nose flaring - Avoid piggy nose & long philtrum combo similar to Michael Jackson
