Implant exchange to go bigger while planning to get pregnant?

While larger implants may provide the look you want initially, the natural breast changes during pregnancy might affect that look post-pregnancy, potentially leading to the need for adjustments or a revision down the line. It is recommended to wait until after childbirth and breastfeeding, if possible, to minimize these changes on your new implants.

I would favor waiting until after your pregnancy. The added size and weight of a larger implant will increase the risk of having sagging to your breasts post pregnancy.

If you want surgery now, then do it. Not all women gain in size with pregnancy and breast feeding. Some stay about the same and some lose tissue. However, after you have all the children you want, then have something done if needed.
