Previously AA/A cup and got 345CC implants. For a second surgery, what would be a ballpark CC range for this goal? (Photo)

Currently have 345CC Natrelle Soft Touch Gel Medium Profile. That was the max size implant that my surgeon felt she could comfortably place and said that a second surgery would be required to fit a larger size. I do prefer the large breast look and feel that my currently implants look too small/not proportional enough. To get my bodies version of the goal photo, do you have any recommendations on a CC range?

Unfortunately, you have not told us your bra size. If you are size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can determine the volume required to achieve your desired goal. I recommend you stay at the size you are.

The implants you now have do fit your tissue and frame. The wish photo you present shows bottoming out from implants being too large. Please do not go that large or you will have more surgery to try and correct too much weight on your this tissue and frame.
