With an examination it would be easier to tell if its a size issue or a placement issue. It appears as if your right inframammary fold is higher than the left and if this was changed it could fix the asymetry without a size change. Only one postop posted photo. Need preop photo posted to evaluate the difference. Why would the surgeon use the same size implants if you were preoperatively a symmetric? That does fall below the standard of care. Best to do virtual consult or in person consult for evaluation and examination. Would also recommend a breast ultrasound to see if there’s any issues with retain fluid seroma hematoma? my real self guest is at least 100 cc size difference would be needed from $5000-$8000.
