Question

I had a breast augmentation 3.5 months ago and prior to it my breasts were asymmetrical. My doctor used 415 cc in each breast. Now 3 months post op one breast is noticeably larger than the other and sits higher. For my revision how many ccs in difference would be needed to make my breasts proportionate and match? I'm thinking there's a 40cc dif or possibly even 50cc

With an examination it would be easier to tell if its a size issue or a placement issue. It appears as if your right inframammary fold is higher than the left and if this was changed it could fix the asymetry without a size change. You should discuss this with your surgeon and see what the best options are. You may also have a capsular contracture on the right that is pushing this implant higher.Good luck,Dr. Tucker

Only one postop posted photo. Need preop photo posted to evaluate the difference. Why would the surgeon use the same size implants if you were preoperatively a symmetric? That does fall below the standard of care. Best to do virtual consult or in person consult for evaluation and examination. Would also recommend a breast ultrasound to see if there’s any issues with retain fluid seroma hematoma? my real self guest is at least 100 cc size difference would be needed from $5000-$8000. Best of virtual consult with.
