Thank you for sharing your question. Spontaneous, or expressed, nipple discharge is not uncommon and can range in color and consistency. Though unlikely related to your implants I would recommend seeing your ob/gyn first for an in-person evaluation. Best wishes.
Hello Carmen.Your nipple discharge has nothing to do with your breast implants. Nipple discharge should be addressed by your primary care and it is normal to have discharge in about 25% of women after childbirth, especially with stimulation. Rarely, will a woman suffer from high prolactin levels which cause spontaneous milk production. Your primary doctor will know what to do....Best wishes, Dr. ALDO :)

Thank you for your question. It is not uncommon for there to be a spontaneous nipple discharge even when you not lactating. It is not due to your implants. I recommend an exam by your Ob/Gyn and regular mammograms.
Thank you for your question. The nipple discharge that you describe is not caused by your breast implants. Occasionally there is inspissated or retained breast milk in the breast gland that spontaneously discharges. It is important that you have a breast examination and at least a mammogram done by your primary care physician to check for any underlying abnormality. In most cases this is benign.
Many patients are able to feel the outline of their implants underneath their breasts, particularly if you’re thinner or have less of your own natural breast tissue. If you aren’t experiencing any problems, such as constriction or discomfort, then this is normal.
There are 454 grams in a pound, so this would be close to a pound (realizing that silicone's specific gravity is not 1.0 as is water or saline). No direct correlation exists between the volume of a breast implant and the bra cup size.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA
Incisional pain is uncommon 3 months after breast augmentation surgery. There could be a retained suture to remove or simply scar adherence which could be treated with massage. Please see your plastic surgeon for an examination diagnosis and recommended treatment.
