My surgeon and I agreed on 350cc moderate projection silicone under muscle. I am older and was wanting a more natural look with just a little something to fill out my bras. I had very little breast tissue to begin with. After surgery I was informed that my implants are 445cc textured ultra high profile silicone. I'm just worried that I will always look too big and too fake and that the size discrepancy between them is too noticeable. I waited 15 years to do this, I hope it wasn't a bad choice.

It can take up to 6 months for the implants to fully settle into a more natural position. Surgeons often order a variety of implant sizes and types to have on hand for your surgery and make a decision based on what they feel looks best on your body at the time of surgery. Usually the implant chosen during the consult serves as a guide for your goals. The same size implant can look very different on two different people depending on existing body measurements. It can be frustrating if you feel your results do not line up with the goals discussed at your consultation, but I would recommend giving them some more time to settle. If you continue to be unhappy after more time passes, I would recommend scheduling a visit with your surgeon to discuss this further.
