Is my right breast implant bottoming out? (Photo)

Question

Several months after my breast augmentation I noticed the the right breast started to drop a lot lower then then left breast. At the same time the nipples become more asymmetrical and uneven, and they began to point in completely different directions. There's atleast a once inch difference between the height of my breasts.

Unfortunately, all I can tell from your photos is that there is asymmetry.
My advice would be to return to your plastic surgeon and let them know your concerns. They will best be able to help you after they have examined your breasts.

There is an asymmetry between the breasts. Viewed alone, it is not apparent to me that the left breast is 'falling out'. A straight on view and side view of both sides, taken by another person to avoid distortion of your arms, and with no shirt on, would be extremely helpful for a more complete answer to your question.All the best,Talmage Raine MD

I do not see evidence of bottoming out of your breast implant.  The left breast looks quite normal but the right breast looks higher to me.  Please see your plastic surgeon for an examination to determine whether you may have a capsular contracture of the right higher breast.
