How much do 425cc silicone implants weigh. Do the dome shaped ones weigh the same and is this a C or D sized implant?

Thank you for your question.  Breast implants in the 400 cc range way about a pound.  There is little if any difference between different shaped implants.

The number of cc tells you the implant weight. On average a 400 cc implant weighs 1 pound.  It doesnt matter if the implant is round or shaped, high full moderate or low profile, textured or smooth.  Implant size does not translate into a specific cup size.
