Your abdomen is very protruding and you will be a perfect candidate for a Full tummy tuck with tight muscle repair to achieve a flat abdomen and smaller waistline.
Liposuction only, won’t help because your problem is not excess of fat, it is very loose muscle.

Based on your photos, I think you would benefit best from an abdominoplasty. While liposuction is great at removing unwanted fat from the body, you will be left with excess skin on your abdomen. An abdominoplasty will remove the unwanted tissue, create a more youthful belly button, and repair the rectus muscles that have grown apart during your pregnancies. I also tend to liposuction the flanks region to provide my patients with an hourglass figure. I recommend speaking with a board certified plastic surgeon about your options and for a thorough evaluation.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. Stomach protrusion can be caused by weakened abdominal muscles, especially after pregnancy, visceral fat, and/or a combination of the two. A consultation or exam is best needed to assess your current condition. However, based upon pictures alone it does appear you have a significant amount of abdominal wall laxity that is often best treated with a muscle repair during a tummy tuck. Again, formal consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon would be needed to better assess your needs.

From your side view, you can see your abdomen is protruding anteriorly. The technique I recommend is an abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement, if you are not planning future pregnancies. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Liposuction only removes fat but does nothing with the excess hanging skin.
