It is not uncommon for patients get additional liposuction after a tummy tuck for additional definition and curves. Conservative liposuction during a tummy tuck is often the surgeon's approach to help preserve blood supply to the remaining abdominal skin. In most cases such as yours additional liposuction can usually be performed now that you have fully healed from the previous operation. Liposuction can help with waist definition in appropriate candidate. Liposuction of the flanks from the front and the back "360 Liposuction" helps contour the waist. One needs enough pinchable fat for liposuction to make a difference. Some people are naturally short waisted, the ribs costal margin end and the hip bone starts limiting waist contour.

Your tummy tuck results look like they were done by a talented surgeon. unless modified the procedure only treats the front of the abdomen.
To make an assessment we need proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have your before and after pictures ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.
There is only one sideways picture and then that picture you’re wearing pants so we can’t see the lower abdomen.
The most common reason for patients having bulging of their upper abdomen after this procedure is excess visceral fat pushing against the muscle wall causing bulging of the upper abdomen.
