Revision-rhinoplasty tip, projected using rib graft this time. Now have discoloration. Is this normal? (photos)

The pictures appear to be taken with a cell phone camera that on close ups causes some distortion so it it is difficult to evaluate swelling.  However after this extensive surgery prolonged swelling is expected.  I would follow up with your surgeon.

Revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafts is usually an extensive surgery with a significant amount of swelling.  You are a little more than 1 month out from your surgery, so you are still experiencing a significant amount of swelling.  As difficult as it is, try to be patient and recognize that most of the things that are concerning to you will resolve with time and as the swelling subsides.
