is this normal?? I had revision done using my rib this time, June 12th. Not only can i not breathe still ( reason for doing this) my tip looks really funny. It's a redish purple ;(. Normal?

There is no question that there is a modest amount of pre-tip edema (swelling). I personally would wait 10-12 months before assuming this will not resolve over time. However, a common underlying cause of the rounded appearance of the poly-beak is typically because the tip of the nose lacks...
I agree that your nose looks stronger and better after the Restylane but of course it is temporary and repeated injections over many years is not a good long term solution. At this point the best option is revision with cartilage grafting which is actually more complex than the original ...
Just as its impossible to go back in time and revisit old decisions, an 'old nose' cannot be 'restored'.... that said, a thoughtful experienced rhinoplasty revision surgeon would look critically at your issues and come up with a plan to remediate them....in my view, the goal of revision...
