28. face has started rapidly sagging within past year, mini facelift? (Photos)

Question

I’m not sure what the cause is, but within the past year or so, my face has started pretty rapidly sagging in my mid face region. I’m only 28. I’ve been under pretty high stress the past several years. Was vaping on and off for a few years but otherwise very active/ fit and healthy diet. Only other thing I can think of is I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted 2 years ago and now have TMJ/ some jaw deviation. Would a mini face lift help with this?

Candidate for surgery is someone who has develop flaccid tissues which fillers, fat grafting or botox can not improve. 
Definitely you don’t have the degree of saggy tissues which justify a surgery. 
You have some visible platysma bands which will improve with botox.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong or anything that happened to you.
You’re no longer 20 years old and as we enter middle-age with it comes accepting signs of aging.
The cosmetic market for middle-aged women is literally billions of dollars.
For most individuals, Botox and fillers is to go to preferred treatment.
These aren’t going to stop the inevitable, but can have a nice impact on some individuals especially in the hands of talented providers.
