Hi, I had liposuction on my lower face and under a portion of my chin back in 2016 and it has caused me to have saggy skin. Unsure if there is a combo of fat and excess skin under my chin, or just excess skin. I don’t think he did full lipo on the chin but don’t recall. I feel like I need a mini or even a full facelift and a chin implant, I also have notches in the jowl area. Someone told me I have a weak chin, so maybe the chin implant is a definite must. What are your thoughts? Thanks!
