9 months post op mini facelift and necklift and still swollen and some numbness? (Photo)

Question

I had a mini face & neck lift 9 months ago, and still have swelling and pain in my neck, my ear and head (left side), and around my jawline. Some numbness and warmth around my jawline and left cheek and tinny pimples. Tightness under the jawline. Bruise on the neck. Doctor had twice injected steroids (last one on 04/03/24) on the left side of my neck. I have not seen significant improvement so far. I have permanent internal stitches. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Some of these still look largely like typical post-surgical changes, although it is a bit long that you have had them. Have you been massaging/doing any lymphatic massage? Esp the last 2 photos suggest to me that those areas of pleating really just need to be massaged out. 1st and 4th pic also look like you still have a fair amount of lymph trapping.
