I had a lower facelift with under eye blepheroplasty that has left me with dry eyes & is causing issues with my vision. My eyelids do not close fully anymore. Maybe the skin was pulled down away from my eyes as I now have a different appearance and often appear to have down syndrome type features in photos. I'm over 1 year post op. I've had 4 post op visits & my surgeon says be patient I'm still healing. Is this normal? Will it get better or can it be fixed?
