I had Kybella which accentuated my glands... Thankfully some fat returned and covered them back up. Filler created a really nice jawline without stretching the skin too strongly over the glands. I don't want to remove the glands. Is there another more lasting procedure than fillers that defines the jaw and lifts the submental fullness without bringing out the glands? eg. small facelift with incision in the temples? As a 6.0 ft woman I also want to avoid a too masculine jaw via implants. Tx

I generally prefer to conduct a physical examination first, but from what I can gather from your photos, you seem to be a suitable candidate for a lower facelift or mini facelift surgery. Correcting the area known as jowls in the lower part of your face with a facelift will make you look younger...
Some of these still look largely like typical post-surgical changes, although it is a bit long that you have had them. Have you been massaging/doing any lymphatic massage? Esp the last 2 photos suggest to me that those areas of pleating really just need to be massaged out. 1st and 4th pic also...
Most mini face/neck lifts take care of the jawline and neck but do nothing much for the cheek or midface. Ligaments, muscles and skin are always release and resuspended up. Cost is roughly $15,000 under local and so worth it at any age.
