I had a chin implant that from my point of view deforms my face, I feel very insecure about this issue but I don't know if it's just something mental, or I don't know if it's because I have a high percentage of fat in my body, I want to Please help me with your opinions if I should have another operation to remove it, I don't want you to be condescending to me regarding my appearance, simply the truth, thank you

If you’ve had an infection for over a year than something is definitely wrong and you need to get a formal assessment.

What you describe sounds fairly typical and what most people should expect from having a facial implant.
If the implant bothers you enough that you would regret having the procedure, then talk to your provider about having it removed.
