It's important to know what size, shape, and type of implant you have placed to make a determination about how best to proceed. If you currently have a large implant, potentially this could be downsized to a size small or medium. A full set of facial photographs from all angles are also required to make a determination, since the chin, the implant and the augmentation are all three-dimensional.

First and foremost to make quality assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure, we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then contact your provider and ask them to forward the pictures they took.
It’s very helpful to understand what you look like before the procedure when making an assessment regarding the outcome. This is especially true if somebody is interested in revision surgery.
Your chin does look full and the excessive forward projection creates a deep labiomental fold.
The fact that the procedure is a bit excessive does not mean you have to have the implant removed.
The implant can be adjusted and carved until it has the correct proportions to give you a more balanced appearance.
It’s also possible to reposition the implant, so it gives more vertical height and slightly less forward projection.
I suggest you follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her.
Alternatively, schedule in person second opinion, consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community.
For second opinion consultations, I suggest patients come prepared, bringing with them a complete set of proper before and after pictures as well as a copy of your operative report.
Would be important for any new surgeon to know the exact brand and model of your implant.
