You appear to be a candidate for jaw surgery. Do you have any problems sleeping? Any jaw pain or problems with your bite? If you are strictly looking for a cosmetic procedure, then I would recommend a genioplasty. Your chin is quire recessed and an implant would not be able to give you as much...
