I try to discourage my patients from getting too concerned about profiles and sizes of implants.  I choose the profile of the implant for my patients based on their breasts' base diameter.  I try to keep implants at a width that will not make the breast overly wide.  The number of cc's is then used to determine cup size.  The best thing that you can do is discuss what appearance you want with your surgeon and let them decide what profile and volume will achieve your desired goals.

You are a great candidate for a breast augmentation.  The size, profile, shape, texture, and type of implant (e.g., saline, silicone gel, “gummy bear”) is based on your desired versus existing breast size and shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. The differences in the implant sizes you have mentioned is not very much. Probably a moderate plus profile will work for you. Of course, you will need an in-person consultation to evaluate you for this procedure. Preoperative visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help with your decision. Any treatment plan should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.    Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation in person with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Simply stated, a mid profile implant will give you a more natural result that I find most patients in my area desire.  Let your surgeon select the implant during the procedure when he/she can determine which test implant size gives you the "best" outcome including both size and contour.  You do appear to be a suitable candidate for a MP 305-325 cc implant (but why not choose smooth?).
