Are these are adequate results 3 months post op? I'm disappointed. Should I get a revision? (Photo)

I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo on outer and inner thighs and back, and a breast explant with a revision and lift. I have a follow up with my surgeon later this week. He is one of the best in the area and works at arguably the best plastic surgery office in the area. I am in the aesthetics industry and did my research ahead of time. Maybe he had an off day? Maybe it's me? I would appreciate feedback if these are valid concerns and would warrant a revision in your opinion.
