I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo on outer and inner thighs and back, and a breast explant with a revision and lift. I have a follow up with my surgeon later this week. He is one of the best in the area and works at arguably the best plastic surgery office in the area. I am in the aesthetics industry and did my research ahead of time. Maybe he had an off day? Maybe it's me? I would appreciate feedback if these are valid concerns and would warrant a revision in your opinion.

I am so sorry about your difficulties. You may have some residual seroma capsule that needs to be removed. Ask your surgeon to do an abdominal ultrasound to check. Excess tissue of the lower abdomen can be trimmed.
