Your concerns are valid. I would like to see your preoperative photos as well. In my opinion, you would benefit from a revision to correct the contour irregularities, differences in soft tissue thickness, and lower your abdominal scar. Your left breast likely needs to be corrected as well. A physical exam is necessary to determine what needs to be done.

Though you are still healing, it appears you may note improvement with a revision. Hopefully your surgeon will shed some light on how and when to proceed during your visit. Typically you will want to wait at least 6 months, preferably longer before having a revision.

You did not show your before photos, nor did you have posterior surgery to deal with excess back skin. Once healed, if the small dents remain, fat grafting can be done. Your lower incision can be extended to help pick up some of the excess back skin. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

When it comes to plastic surgery skill famous does not equal talented.
Finding the best provider is far more difficult than most people believe.
People often choose providers based on providers that have the most number of reviews or have the greatest Internet presents and Note-wothyness. None of these variables have anything to do with surgical skills.
They have a lot to do with self promotion skills.
In my experience the best plastic surgeons have consistently the least amount of social media presence.
The best plastic surgeons still get patients by word of mouth and do not need to engage in any form of self promotion or advertising including social media.
Your results speak for themselves.
Your tummy tuck looks fairly standard and typical.
The belly button looks appropriate and the design of the scar is appropriate as well though perhaps it could’ve been placed a little lower.Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is far more difficult than most people believe.
Simply being able to make an accurate assessment and predictively show what results will look like based on previous cases with thousands of before and after pictures is some thing most providers cannot do in comparison to those who have truly mastered this procedure.
Your situation is complex and is really beyond the scope of this format.

To start with we cannot make assessments on the outcome of a surgical procedure without seeing proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took. We can’t assess the outcome of your procedure without knowing what you look like before.
Being a board-certified plastic surgeon with years of experience and overall good reputation does not mean somebody has mastered Liposuction.
Doing liposuction well on a consistent basis is far more difficult than most people believe.
The number of plastic surgeons to do a liposuction well consistently is relatively few.
To find the best providers I recommend patient start by having at least five in person consultations and consider scheduling more if needed.
During each consultation ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you with their entire collection of before and after pictures.
Providers may be apprehensive to do this and will instead prefer to show you preselected images representing some of their best work.
This is however insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like or how many of these procedures they’ve actually done.
Quality Liposuction results are based on only two variables. The first is patient candidacy and the second is the skill of the surgeon.
In order to understand what can or cannot be accomplished with any one procedure you need to first have a very clear understanding of your own candidacy for the procedure.
Liposuction candidacy is not straightforward or easy to understand by people who are not professionals.
Even the plastic surgeons don’t correctly assess a lot of patients when it comes to Liposuction and are sometimes surprised at how different results are than what they had anticipated.
Lower extremity liposuction is technically difficult and skin laxity contributes greatly to contour in this area.
Is a difficult area to assess accurately and it is a difficult area to treat with consistent high patient satisfaction.
Without seeing before pictures we can’t make an assessment in regards to your candidacy.
Combining liposuction to be done in conjunction with a tummy tuck using general anesthesia is complicated.
Most plastic surgeons start by doing the tummy tuck first. this inherently limits the ability to properly position the patient for Liposuction.
Any patient who is getting liposuction in conjunction with a full tummy tuck should have a very clear understanding of how they’re going to be positioned during surgery.
It’s not possible to contour the areas you had treated with you laying on your back. patient cannot be turned in other positions after a tummy tuck.
If your surgeon didn’t reposition you during surgery then results are going to be sub optimal every time.
For lower extremity liposuction patient should ideally be on their sides.
Love handles and waist can be treated with a patient face down but those areas are better done with patients laying on their side as well.
Positioning patients on their side during general anesthesia is complicated and most surgeons will do it in a prone or supine position.
There are really way too many things to review and discuss especially considering you provided limited information.
Follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her.
At three months your results are final it will not change by waiting further.
The scar from your tummy tuck will however continue to improve for another 12 months.
Ultimately your surgeon is responsible for the outcome and you are responsible for choosing that surgeon.
You had a lot of procedures done at the same time.
Surgeons who scheduled that much surgery are often going to cut corners to get the procedure done in a reasonable timeframe.
Quality work requires being meticulous and this takes time.
I’ve seen plastic surgeons do a full tummy tuck in 90 minutes and I’ve seen surgeons spend all day doing the same procedure.
There’s no need to waste time but the best surgeons are never in a hurry.
Very talented, detail oriented surgeons recognize that it takes time to do surgery well and will not do multiple combined procedures at the same time because it’s simply too much.
What you have done is a fairly common combination. There’s also a lot of work being done that is less than optimal.
These are all issues for you to review it with your provider.
If you want a proper second opinion the schedule those is in person consultations with other local board-certified plastic surgeons. For a second opinion consultations patients should come prepared to bring in with them all before and after pictures and copies of your operative report.
