had lower jaw surgery and genioplasty with cheek implants two years ago. I regret the genioplasty as it has elongated my face. the actual projection is good from the side but the front is much too long. I am interested in a genioplasty revision but I'm unsure if this is possible with cheek implants done? also I think I have a small gore-tex implant in my chin the surgeon had used to fix some of the bone erosion from an old silicone. I am not sure though my surgeon retired and can't send me
