How can I improve my facial balance especially chin/jaw/maxilla? (Photo)

34 years old. My chin has always felt overprotected, especially in relation to my small mouth. Would maybe some paranasal implants and chin reduction balance and feminize my face? I can't quite place the issue. I'm also started to see some signs of aging added into the mix.

Jaw contouring to be more v-shaped, less v-shaped, more tapered, smoother, etc can be done. We adjust the bone through the inside of your mouth. It takes about an hour though there is swelling for several weeks. Watch our videos to learn more.

Based on your photo, it looks like you would be better served with a rhinoplasty and a little bit of filler in your chin. Altering the nasal proportions can impact the overall facial balance and perception. Best of luck !

We do these frequently. We typically go inside the mouth and reduce the size of the bone. Sometimes, soft tissue reduction is also needed. The procedure takes about an hour. Watch our videos to learn more.
