Hello and thank you for your question. It is difficult to give accurate advice without evaluating true pictures of your nose. But based on your description alone, it sounds like you may be asking about a high set radix which obscures the nasal-frontal junction. This could be revised during a revision to lower the radix. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Often when you take down a bump on the nose the brow "triangle" area can change as the soft tissue over a larger nose settles there. This can be addressed, but, may require lifting the nose again.
