This is a follow up to an earlier question. I've had rhinoplasty three years ago and the nasal bone has been refined slightly. Meaning it's straight now but not small. The problem I have is the brow bone triangle is invisible now and I find that part very attractive. I'm not even sure if my brow bone was sanded or something or if its the nasal bone position that's hiding it. Either way i dislike it. I have no way to contact my surgeon his assistant blocked me when i disliked my result .
