Resorption of cartilage after 4x revision? (Photo)

I'm sorry to hear that you have had yet another poor experience with revision rhinoplasty surgery. We have had good success filling nasal tip indentations with microdroplet Silikon-1000. The area must be pliable and not terribly firm. The inability to tolerate temporary fillers may not preclude you from tolerating Silikon-1000. Silikon-1000 is not associated with necrosis, infection, embolus, blindness, or stroke, since the size of a Silikon-1000 molecule is smaller than a red blood cell. I hope this is helpful. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, another revision could improve your nostril symmetry and get better support to the tip. It is likely that the constructs you had in the past were not strong enough. You should definitely be seen by a Revision expert.. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
