Rhinoplasty to reduce tip. Outcome, one side of nose almost caved in & lasped nostril. 4 revisions, They used ear,nose & also foreign cartilage to build it up which worked until resorption. Usually lasts 3 years but the last foreign one lasted 1 year. alot of scar tissue in that area which is removed at each operation, could this be the reason? Tried filler but nose can't cope with it & had to have it dissolved. Hopeless & finances have ran out
