Before rhinoplasty my top lip had a nice slope to it. After the procedure it sits completely flat and from the front my philtrum looks way longer. What causes this change? Is it the columella strut? I notice my columella comes out more and pushes my lip down and it feels tight and there is a crease when I try to smile. Is it possible to return my lip to the original position? Would removing the columella strut help? Thank you!
