Based on your photos, you appear to have an underprojected nasal tip appearance. That means that your tip doesn't stick out as far as it should. In general, projecting a nasal tip appearance would require a tip graft. The graft would be made from your own septal cartilage. Additional narrowing of your bridge may be achieved with osteotomies. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
There are a few things to unpack here. First, I'm not sure if you realize that a graft is your own tissue; an implant is foreign material. Surgically affixed grafts never migrate or get infected like implants. Second, grafts are not necessary to narrow your nose; bone manipulation would narrow it the bridge and alar plasty would narrow it at the base. Finally, what your nose also needs is tip projection, which would require a stable, affixed septal cartilage graft to project and slightly de-rotate your native tip cartilages. You'd get a very nice result.
Based on your posted photos, I would recommend a capital H capital a fill or non-surgical rhinoplasty for the bridge area under ultrasound guided injections. Fee $1500-$2500. Best of virtual consult with
