Hello, I was wondering the surgeon can perform tip-only rhinoplasty with open rhinoplasty in asian patient? Since I kinda appreciate my natural dorsum, my alar is quite small, but my nose tip is quite fleshy and a bit droopy. I was wondering if the interdomal sutures alone without any silicone implant can help correct this issue? Thank you.
