Is it possible to perform a tip-only rhinoplasty with an Asian patient?

Hello, I was wondering the surgeon can perform tip-only rhinoplasty with open rhinoplasty in asian patient? Since I kinda appreciate my natural dorsum, my alar is quite small, but my nose tip is quite fleshy and a bit droopy. I was wondering if the interdomal sutures alone without any silicone implant can help correct this issue? Thank you.

Interdomal sutures can effectively correct a fleshy, droopy tip by bringing the nasal tip cartilages closer together for better definition and support. In some cases, additional cartilage from the septum, ear, or a donor rib may be used for enhanced definition.

If you have good tip support, and your skin is extremely thin, then you may be a candidate for tip suturing along to create greater definition. However, most Asian patients will have weak tip support and thicker skin, requiring additional support than what your intrinsic tip cartilage can provide to create refinement.

The fleshiness of the tip means that you likely need to add something in there to build up strength be it an implant or your own cartilage. I doubt interdomal sutures will be enough to give you any kind of real result.
