How hard is it to remove permanent suture on one side and convert to vertical lift in order to "lock" aerola and preventing spreading once that permanent suture is out. What will I look like with one vertical side and one benelli side? Will some scar excision be possible without implant removal? Do you think I could have a favorable result after this? Average charge for this type revision? Will removing permanent suture cause any implant damage/ risk. I have silicone implants- 450 cc

Adding 20cc will hardly be visible. Most people can't see that they are obviously larger until 100cc is added. It usually takes 250-300 cc to add a cup size.

I would suggest not going bigger. You are only 5'2", and 570 cc implants are quite large. Your tissue may not be able to support any extra weight. Stretched out, bottomed out breasts with too large of an implant are not attractive. Also, bras are not all equal in size....
