I had a rhinoplasty 3 weeks ago, and now I have a hard time breathing through my nose and noticed that especially in my left nostril the interior walls are looking very swollen. I think this also makes my nose look bigger/wider from the outside. Is this swelling inside normal or should I be concerned? Am I looking at a pre-stage of scar tissue formation that won't resolve?
