I went to see Dr Vrcek about my eyes, specifically a lower blepharoplasty (or lower eyelid surgery). He is super nice and made me feel very comfortable about the entire thing. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I am beyond happy with my results. My only regret is that I didn't get it done sooner.

I had a lower bleof and TCA peel with Dr Vrcek. It was the most wonderful experience. To begin with he gave me his email and told me to feel free to contact him if I had any questions. And I did, his responses were quick and he was able to give me the details I needed.My procedure was seamless, and the best part was the ease of my recovery. I had no bruising or swelling. I was prepared to not be able to see for a couple of days. But that was not the case. It was the easiest recovery I’ve ever experienced. I am very pleased with my results! A few weeks after the surgery I woke up one morning, looked in the mirror and caught myself by surprise. I said "Oh my gosh, I look so beautiful!" The swelling had gone down, the healing was done and I looked fabulous. It is a wonderful feeling to have eyes that sparked with no bags below. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Vrcek. He is so kind, excellent bed-side manner, and does an amazing work. My results are better than I could have imagined and I look very natural. The staff is also thoughtful and kind. Lots of thoughtful follow up to make sure I was doing well before and after the surgery. If you are still looking for an Ocular Plastic Surgeon - look no further - in my opinion, you've found the very best in Dallas. (And that is saying something!)

I've been unhappy with my under-eye hollows for as long as I can remember — probably starting around 13 or 14 years old. I started seeing lower blephs all over TikTok starting a few years ago, and time and time again, Dr. Vrcek was mentioned as the best in the field. I followed his work for a LONG time before booking a consultation! I flew from LA to Dallas for the procedure and everyone on his team was incredibly accommodating. I loved the hospital where the surgery was performed (I was given options and chose Baylor Surgicare ) — the nurses, anesthesiologist, and staff were all so helpful and friendly. Dr. Vrcek and his office team (including the wonderful Kelly!) have been incredibly quick to respond to any and all questions, and I had tons. This was my first and only cosmetic surgery and it's way scarier than just going in for Botox, but Dr. Vrcek has such a kind and calming energy and is incredibly experienced and educated in oculoplastic surgery of all kinds. It's wild that now I can actually tell the difference under my eyes when I've had enough rest/water. Before the surgery, I was ALWAYS dark and hollow under my eyes. I do have some days where I feel like I look more hollow, but that's now just a matter of sleep and not what I look like permanently! I'm sure every other review out there says the same thing, but my only regret is that I wish I had done it sooner.

I came to Dr Vrcek after experiencing a complication from a lower blepharoplasty from a different surgeon. I was experiencing a significant retraction with my lower eye lids pulling downward leading to a lot of discomfort, dry eyes, as well as aesthetically looking worse than before the surgery. Dr Vrcek was able to correct the issue and reposition my eyelids back to their original position with support and drastically improved their appearance. My eyes look so much better now and the dry eyes and constant discomfort has stopped. I'm extremely happy with my result and highly recommend Dr Vrcek for corrections like mine.
