I had a breast reduction 18 mths ago. I am not happy with it 2 main issues-1. I have webbing of my chest skin. It looks fine naked, but looks really strange in a bikini I dont ever have space between my breasts. 2. The upper pole flattened and spread to my sides/armpit area causing back fat or armpit fat that I never had before. mage 3 & 5 were before images.Others are after. Can it be fixed?

Answer: Breast reduction questions Hello and thank you for your questions! In my opinion, you have had a good result after breast reduction surgery. The "webbing" is a normal variant that is present in many people, but as you point out, if it's present before surgery it may be accentuated afterwards. This is a very difficult problem to correct surgically and I would advise against "chasing" this with further incisions. You may try adding additional volume such as with fat grafting on the upper inner aspects of the breasts which can lessen the appearance of this "webbing" and would also address the "flatness" of the breast slope which you have brought up. The lateral chest wall/axillary fullness can be addressed with liposuction. Good luck to you on your journey!
