I'm 18yrs old with 32DD as my chest size. I have tried exercising through dancing and YouTube videos to help with my saggy and big breast but all in vain. I can't take surgery, but I came across the hydroxycut pills for weight loss and was wondering if it would work. is it a safe way to natural lose breast size?
Answer: Breasts If your breasts are large because of weight gain, then you will decrease in size as you lose weight. However, if your breasts are large without weight gain, you will not lose any in size with weight loss. those pills may or may not be helpful.

Answer: I wouldn't recommend hydroxycut to reduce your breast tissue volume Depending on what your weight is and how much of your breast tissue is glandular vs. fatty, you may be able to lose some of the breast tissue through diet and exercise, but if you have a lot of breast tissue to begin with, this likely wont be much. That being said, weight loss very often doesn't improve symptoms associated with large breasts such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, rashes etc. Sometimes it can make it worse as the tissue hangs more. Often when women have a massive amount of weight loss, such as after weight loss surgery, their overall breast volume decreases but the breasts become much more saggy and the skin becomes looser, so weight loss just isn't a good option for trying to meet patient's goals regarding their breasts. I would recommend you see a plastic surgeon to discuss surgical options. They may be able to come up with a plan that will suit you. Even if you decide against surgery, it is always a good idea to know what your options are.

Answer: Breast reduction If you are overweight then weight loss may lead to an overall decrease in your breast size. However there is no medication or supplement available to target weight loss of a specific area. The most reliable way to reduce the size of your breasts is a surgical breast reduction.

Answer: Breast reduction I understand your concerns, but it's important to note that there is no guaranteed or safe way to target weight loss in a specific area, such as the breasts, through pills or supplements. Hydroxycut pills or any other weight loss supplements may have various side effects and can affect individuals differently. Breast size is influenced by several factors, including genetics and hormonal changes, and losing weight might not necessarily lead to a significant reduction in breast size. Moreover, focusing on overall health and well-being through a balanced diet and regular exercise is a safer and more sustainable approach to weight management. If you have concerns about your breast size, it's advisable to consult a healthcare professional or a certified nutritionist to discuss your options. They can provide personalized advice tailored to your specific needs and goals, ensuring you make informed decisions about your health and body. Best of luck !

Answer: Reducing breast size If you are overweight, then you should work on weight loss. If your weight is in normal healthy parameters, then the only option to reduce breast size is a surgical breast reduction. Breast reduction surgery is usually covered by medical insurance. Consider having a few in person, consultations with plastic surgeons in your community. Best, Mats.Hagstrom, MD
